Job summary

Fairview Health Services seeks a Site Director for Nurse Midwives, Women and Children’s Service Line. In dyadic partnership with the site clinic manager, you will lead Women’s care teams and oversee strategy and day-to-day operations of one or more clinics.

This role shapes capability, quality outcomes, and staff development, with responsibilities spanning policy implementation, capacity planning, lean improvement, and collaboration with HR and leadership to address performance and culture.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing and CNM certification (ACNM approved).
• 2 years of clinical practice demonstrating quality, practice management, and patient experience.
• RN license required in Minnesota.
• Collaborative leadership with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of Women’s care clinics.
• Implement policies, performance targets, and quality metrics.
• Develop short- and long-term plans aligned with Women and Children’s Service Line strategy.
• Foster teamwork, professional development, and accountable staff performance.
• Partner with HR and leadership to address performance and conduct issues.
