Qualificações

• Master's degree in nursing or related field; if Bachelor's is not in Nursing, Master's must be in Nursing.
• Six years nursing experience, with at least three in progressive healthcare leadership.
• RN license required at hire.
• BLS certification required at hire.

Responsabilidades

• Direct nursing practice and patient care operations with executive leadership.
• Oversee Surgical Services and Emergency Department operations.
• Drive clinical quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across sites.
• Manage financial performance including operating and capital budgets.
• Promote patient outcomes, staff engagement, and professional development.
• Collaborate with interprofessional teams to achieve organizational goals.
