Listgrove Ltd. seeks a Site Director based in Ohio to lead the manufacturing site, ensuring safety, quality, service, cost, and productivity targets are met. The role requires directing capital plans, labor relations, and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement across functions.

The successful candidate will oversee workforce planning, financial management, and stakeholder engagement, partnering with HR, Finance, and procurement to align site objectives with corporate strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, business, or related field.
• 7+ years progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience leading employees in a union-represented workplace and partnering with HR on labor-relations matters.
• Working knowledge of environmental, health and safety, employment, and manufacturing regulations.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Experience in plastics, chemicals, engineered materials, or similar process-manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of ISO, IATF or related standards.
• Formal lean, six sigma, safety, or quality-system training.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and accountability for safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective operation of the Ohio manufacturing site.
• Lead cross-functional site operations and develop/execute operating and capital plans.
• Drive continuous improvement and translate company strategy into site priorities and results.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and other partners to ensure workforce planning and financial management support site objectives.
