Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Manufacturing / Quality Engineering.
• Aero/Industrial Gas Turbine experience – beneficial.
• Experience leading teams (up to 15) charged to perform customer-oriented services.

• Manage operations, staff, and overall performance of the site.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure production targets are met.
• Enforce site-specific safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
