Qualifications

• 1+ year of teaching experience with ability to develop and inspire a team
• Build relationships with families and staff in a play-focused environment
• Outstanding customer service, strong organization, multitasking
• Meet state guidelines for the role
• Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and enrollment of new families and children in our sites
• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create unique and engaging classroom experiences
• Ensure site operates effectively; maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school and district leaders, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners
