KinderCare in Tulsa, OK seeks a Center Leader to supervise a group of teachers, design engaging classroom experiences, and ensure licensing, safety, and educational standards are met. You will partner with families and school leaders to deliver high-quality early education and care.

In this role you will lead recruitment and enrollment, build positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners, and cultivate a passionate, professional team.

Formación

• Experience leading a team of teachers with a focus on engaging, high-quality classroom experiences.
• Ability to build strong relationships with families and staff.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities to manage multiple situations.
• Knowledge of state licensing and educational standards for child care.
• English reading/writing speaking proficiency to communicate with children and parents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure site operates effectively; maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide best possible care and education for children.
• Cultivate relationships with families, school and district leaders, licensing authorities, community contacts, and partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children.
