Job summary

KinderCare is seeking a site leader to guide and supervise a team of teachers, creating engaging classroom experiences and developing top-notch educators. You will ensure licensing, safety, and educational standards are met across the site.

You will partner with families to provide exceptional care and education for children, while building relationships with families, school leaders, licensing authorities, and community partners.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience with ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff and create an environment where play and discovery thrive.
• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.

Responsibilities
