Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience and ability to develop and inspire a team.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff and foster play-based discovery.
• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Physical ability to use a computer, lift 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• English communication with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise teachers to create engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure site licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide best care and education.
• Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, leaders, licensing authorities, community, and corporate partners.
