Job summary

KinderCare in Tulsa seeks a proactive leader to guide a team of teachers, creating engaging classroom experiences and fostering a passion for learning.

You will ensure the site operates in compliance with licensing, safety, and educational standards, and partner with families to provide exceptional early childhood education. You will build relationships with families, teachers, and community partners while leading recruitment and enrollment efforts.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience.
• 2. Build relationships with families and staff to create a dynamic environment with play and discovery.
• 3. Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• 4. Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• 5. Physically able to use a computer, lift up to 40 pounds, and engage with children indoors or outdoors.
• 6. Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create unique and engaging classroom experiences.
• 2. Ensure site operates effectively; maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• 3. Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• 4. Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school and district leaders, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
• 5. Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children in our sites
