Job summary

KinderCare Tulsa is seeking a Site Leader to guide a team of teachers in delivering engaging early childhood education. You will supervise classrooms, uphold licensing and safety standards, and partner with families to support children’s learning and well-being.

In this role you will build strong relationships with families, school and community partners, and state authorities while leading recruitment and enrollment efforts to welcome new children to our centers.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience with ability to develop and inspire a team.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff to foster a play-based, discovery-rich environment.
• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills with multitasking ability.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors; maintain child safety.
• English literacy to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create unique and engaging classroom experiences, leverage and develop “best in class” educators to be passionate and committed professionals
• Ensure your site is operating effectively; maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards
• Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school and district leaders, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children in our sites
