Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director to champion educational excellence across our local center. You will use our nationally recognized curriculum to design unique classroom experiences, supervise teachers, and ensure a safe, compliant, and engaging environment for children and families.

You will build strong relationships with families, school and district partners, and licensing authorities, while leading recruitment and enrollment efforts to grow the site.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise teachers to create engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure site operates with licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, school/district leaders, authorities.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts for new families and children.
