KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director to lead and inspire teachers, delivering engaging classroom experiences using our curriculum. You will be fully engaged, enthusiastic, and eager to share knowledge to make sites successful.

You will manage licensing, safety, and educational standards, partner with parents, and build relationships with families, school and district leaders, and corporate partners. You will also lead recruitment and enrollment across our sites.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the site director role.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and operate a computer.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create unique and engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure site licensing, safety, and educational standards are maintained.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school and district leaders, licensing authorities, and community partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children at our sites.
