KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director to lead and inspire a team of teachers, ensuring engaging classroom experiences and strong educational outcomes. You will manage licensing, safety, and program standards while fostering partnerships with families and school partners.

The role emphasizes recruiting and enrolling new families, building a positive school culture, and leveraging the national curriculum to guide daily activities.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience and ability to lead a team.
• Strong love for children and desire to make a difference daily.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff to foster a dynamic learning environment.
• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and multi-tasking ability.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer, lift up to 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create engaging classroom experiences and develop educators.
• Ensure site operations, licensing, safety, and educational standards are met.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school and district leaders, licensing authorities, community contacts, and partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children at our sites.
