Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director to lead a team of teachers and deliver engaging classroom experiences aligned with our curriculum. You will ensure licensing, safety, and educational standards while partnering with families to provide exceptional care.

You'll recruit and enroll new families, build strong relationships with staff, parents, and local authorities, and drive program quality across the site.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience and ability to lead a team (≤140 chars).
• Strong desire tosupport children and families with exceptional care (≤140 chars).
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff in a dynamic environment (≤140 chars).
• Outstanding customer service, organization, and multi-tasking skills (≤140 chars).
• Meet state guidelines for the role (≤140 chars).
• Physically able to use a computer, lift 40 pounds, and work indoors/outdoors (≤140 chars).
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents (≤140 chars).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise teachers to create engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure site operates effectively; maintain licensing, safety, and standards.
• Partner with parents to provide best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school leaders, and authorities.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children.
