KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director who will lead and supervise a group of teachers to create unique and engaging classroom experiences, using our curriculum as a framework to drive educational excellence.

You will ensure the site operates safely and in compliance with licensing and standards, partner with families and school/district leaders, and lead recruitment and enrollment to help more children access high-quality care.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience and ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Strong desire to make a difference for children and families.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent customer service, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Adherence to state guidelines for the role and basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure site operates effectively with licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school/district leaders, and regulators.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children.
