Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Teacher to lead and mentor staff, implement the company curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow. You will partner with families and center staff to support enrollment, accreditation, and engagement across a dynamic team.

Responsibilities include modeling classroom behaviours, ensuring high-quality care, and maintaining strong communications with parents and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to multi-task in a classroom setting.
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or NAEYC candidacy in progress.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state requirements for the role or willingness to obtain.
• Strong English reading/writing/speaking skills for parent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum aligned with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and play.
• Partner with parents to ensure the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by helping enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
