Job summary

Tekton Research is seeking a Site Director to oversee day-to-day operations, optimize site performance, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with the VP, Clinical Operations and Tekton Leaders to align study conduct, staffing, and sponsor expectations.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in the clinical research industry, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, with remote work capability and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to lead diverse teams.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with regulatory processes, clinical procedures, sponsor interaction, and human resources.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations to optimize performance and study conduct.
• Collaborate with Principal Investigator and Tekton Leaders on study selection and staffing needs.
• Ensure site compliance with FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, and Tekton SOPs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Investigators and sponsors.
• Manage staff schedules, performance feedback, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure recruitment goals and site quality meet company standards.
