Qualifications

• Willingness to travel <20% and ability to work remotely as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations to optimize performance and study conduct.
• Coordinate with investigators and Tekton Leaders to plan staffing and resources.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, and Tekton SOPs.
• Develop strong working relationships with investigators and sponsors.
• Monitor site quality, training, and performance; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee staff discipline, performance feedback, and HR issues as necessary.
• Represent Tekton professionally and maintain timely communication with sponsors and team.
