Job summary

Tekton Research is seeking a Site Director in San Antonio, TX, to lead day-to-day site operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive study performance. This role reports to the VP of Clinical Operations and requires 5+ years in the clinical research field with supervisory experience.

You will oversee staff, manage investigator relationships, and coordinate regulatory duties while ensuring high-quality conduct of studies and adherence to Tekton policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in the Clinical Research industry or related field.
• Experience in supervision/management and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and sponsor relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site activities to optimize performance and ensure client satisfaction.
• Discuss awarded studies with Principal Investigator to guide study decisions.
• Plan staffing, space, and time to optimize study conduct and recruitment.
• Lead staff development, assess performance, and ensure staff training per SOPs and regulations.
• Manage investigator relationships to ensure site visit coverage and study success.
• Monitor quality and compliance with SOPs, GCP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate regulatory duties, essential documents, and study closeouts.
