Job summary

Tekton Research is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily site activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive study performance at our Houston area operations. The role requires leadership, planning, and strong collaboration with investigators and Tekton Leaders.

Remote work flexibility is supported with on-site requirements as needed. You will supervise staff, optimize recruitment and retention, and manage study conduct in line with FDA/ICH guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret scientific language.
• Experience with regulatory processes (FDA/ICH) and site SOPs.
• Supervisory or management experience in clinical research.
• Academic background is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Operational planning and study startup activities.
• Review awarded studies with Principal Investigator to guide decisions.
• Plan staffing and space to optimize study conduct and recruitment.
• Manage clinic operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Lead and develop site staff, monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain investigator relationships and ensure site visits coverage.
• Ensure study documents, regulatory duties, and source data are complete.
