Job summary

Tekton Research in Longmont, CO is seeking a Site Director to lead daily site operations, ensuring client satisfaction and successful study conduct. You will drive performance, oversee staff, and partner with investigators to optimize recruitment and quality.

This full-time onsite role requires strong leadership and regulatory experience. You will report to the VP of Clinical Operations and manage cross-functional teams to meet sponsor expectations while adhering to Tekton policies and industry

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in the Clinical Research Industry.
• Supervisory/management experience or demonstrated definitive leadership skills.
• Experience with regulatory processes, sponsor interaction, and human resources preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations to optimize performance.
• Review awarded studies with the Principal Investigator to inform study decisions.
• Assess staffing needs and plan for successful study conduct.
• Ensure site has space, staff, and time to optimize recruitment and retention.
• Lead staff development and ensure ongoing training and compliance with GCP and FDA regulations.
• Maintain high-quality site operations and relationships with investigators and sponsors.
• Monitor study quality, data integrity, and study conduct in line with SOPs.
