Job summary

YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South is seeking a Part-Time Site Director to manage a School Age program, ensuring safety, enriching social, physical, spiritual, and mental development, and upholding DHS standards and YMCA policies.

You will supervise staff, coordinate daily curricula, build partnerships with schools and parents, manage licensing paperwork, and lead a team of 15–20 children and several program assistants across multiple Memphis sites.

Responsibilities

• Model the YMCA core values and oversee a small to medium before/after school site.
• Maintain state licensing standards and conduct licensing inspections.
• Lead and supervise staff including scheduling and training.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, parents, and community stakeholders.
• Ensure daily curricula, lesson plans, and rosters are maintained and records are up-to-date.
• Support inventory management and program space setup/teardown.
