Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Carson City, NV seeks a Site Director – ABA Services (Non-clinical leadership) to oversee daily operations, strategy, and growth of our new center. You’ll partner with senior clinical leaders, guide administration, and drive quality, efficiency, and family satisfaction.

This role emphasizes building relationships with schools and health systems, managing staff performance, and securing insurance authorizations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of direct people management experience in a Manager or Director-level role.
• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered.
• Experience with ABA Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate the financial success and continued growth of our center by effectively managing day-to-day operations at the facility(s) finish
• Expand access to Proud Moments’ ABA services by cultivating relationships with schools, physicians, health systems, and other referring organizations
• Manage relationships and day-to-day administrative activities of Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new families by engaging in weekly family meetings and building parents’ confidence in their child’s clinical team
• Advocate for families receiving services by resolving issues promptly and compassionately
• Secure accurate insurance reimbursement for ABA services through oversight of Authorizations Management and Billing procedures
• Motivate staff to continually improve performance and professional development through evaluation and goal setting
