Proud Moments ABA seeks a Site Director – ABA Services to oversee non-clinical leadership for the new Carson City center. You’ll partner with senior clinical leaders, guide administrative teams, and drive growth while elevating quality and client satisfaction.

You will lead day-to-day operations, manage relationships with staff and families, and ensure efficient billing and reimbursements. This role emphasizes leadership, strategic growth, and family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA Therapy and understanding of autism care.
• 2–4 years of direct people management in a Manager or Director role.
• Bachelor's degree required; relevant work experience may be considered.
• Ability to build and grow relationships with management, staff, clients, and community stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate financial success and growth by managing day-to-day operations.
• Expand access to ABA services by building referrals with schools, physicians, health systems.
• Manage relationships and admin activities of Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Ensure smooth onboarding for new families with weekly family meetings.
• Advocate for families by resolving issues promptly and compassionately.
• Secure accurate insurance reimbursement through oversight of authorizations and billing.
• Motivate staff through evaluation, goal setting, and progress monitoring.
