Job summary

Proud Moments ABA seeks a Center Administrator – ABA Services to lead a brand-new Carson City, NV center. You will partner with senior clinical leaders, guide administrative teams, track performance, and implement initiatives to elevate quality and efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring ABA therapy exposure, 2–4 years of management experience, and a bachelor’s degree. You’ll drive strong client focus, staff development, and advocacy for families served.

Qualifications

• As an ideal candidate, you have experience with ABA therapy and understand the needs of children with autism and their families.
• 2–4 years of direct people management experience in a Manager or Director-level role.
• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent relevant work experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and drive center growth and efficiency.
• Build and strengthen relationships with schools, physicians, health systems and referents.
• Manage administrative activities of clinicians and care teams.
• Facilitate weekly family meetings and support onboarding for new families.
• Advocate for families and ensure timely, accurate insurance reimbursement.
