Job summary

Proud Moments ABA, Memphis center, is seeking a Site Director – ABA Services (Non-clinical leadership) to oversee daily operations and drive growth. You will partner with senior clinical leaders, guide administrative teams, and align center performance with quality care and family satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring ABA therapy exposure, 2–4 years of people management, and a track record of building strong relationships with schools, healthcare partners, and families we serve.

Qualifications

• ABA Therapy experience and compassion for families
• 2–4 years of direct people management at Manager/Director level
• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience considered
• Demonstrated ability to build and grow relationships with management, staff, clients and community stakeholders
• Exceptional leadership and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Accelerate center growth by managing day-to-day operations
• Expand access to ABA services by building relationships with schools, physicians, health systems, and referral sources
• Manage relationships and admin activities of Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Ensure smooth onboarding for new families via weekly family meetings to build confidence
• Advocate for families by resolving issues promptly and compassionately
• Oversee accurate insurance reimbursement through Authorizations and Billing processes
• Motivate staff through annual evaluations and progress monitoring
