Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking an Autism Center Director in Carson City, NV to lead a new center and drive day-to-day operations, strategic growth, and quality improvements. You will partner with senior clinical leaders, oversee administration, and ensure client satisfaction while expanding access to ABA services for children with autism.

Ideal candidate has experience in ABA, 2–4 years of people management in a leadership role, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA Therapy and understanding of autism and families (preferred).
• 2–4 years of direct people management in a Manager/Director role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build, sustain, and grow productive relationships with management, staff, clients, and community stakeholders.
• Exceptional leadership skills and strategic thinking.
• Strong planning, organization and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate the financial growth and continued growth of the center by managing day-to-day operations at the facility.
• Expand access to ABA services by cultivating relationships with schools, physicians and referral partners.
• Manage relationships and day-to-day administration of Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Oversee onboarding for new families through weekly family meetings and building parental confidence.
• Advocate for families by resolving issues promptly and compassionately.
• Ensure accurate insurance reimbursement through oversight of authorizations and billing.
• Motivate staff through evaluation, goal setting and progress monitoring.
