Moroch Partners is seeking an Associate Director, Site Direct & Programmatic Media to lead integrated digital media strategies. You will shape channel plans, guide senior client conversations, and drive performance across site direct and programmatic campaigns.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on optimization, mentoring Managers and Buyers, and advancing reporting, automation, and AI-enabled workflows in a hybrid Dallas-based environment with remote candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 6+ years in omni-channel digital media planning and buying including site direct and programmatic.
• Proven leadership with 3+ years managing accounts and mentoring teams.
• Experience with DSP platforms (The Trade Desk preferred) and direct-IO media buying.
• Knowledge of tracking methodologies, ad servers, attribution, and measurement best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of integrated site direct and programmatic media strategies aligned to client KPIs.
• Serve as senior point of contact for assigned accounts and guide strategy and performance discussions.
• Translate client goals into actionable, channel-specific approaches across planning, buying, and measurement.
• Oversee campaign execution and ensure adherence to best practices and accuracy.
• Provide senior guidance on complex campaign structures, measurement, and optimization challenges.
