Job summary

Moroch Partners seeks an Associate Media Director to lead end-to-end media planning for a portfolio of markets. You will supervise a Media Planner, manage research, development and presentation of media plans, and collaborate with account service teams and regional marketing.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years in a B2B advertising environment, agency experience preferred, and outstanding presentation skills. Travel up to 10% to client meetings and regional offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Must have experience working in a B2B environment.
• 10+ years’ related experience and/or training.
• Advertising agency experience preferred.
• Have excellent presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead media planning for a portfolio of markets.
• Supervise Media Planner and Jr. Media Planner.
• Develop and present media plans and strategies.
• Review calendars, budgets and billing.
• Attend client meetings (in person and calls).
• Travel up to 10%.
• Mentor and train planning staff.
• Foster positive team environment.
