Carrier is seeking a Digital Technology Site Leader in Fort Worth, TX to guide the digital roadmap, align business priorities with tech solutions, and ensure secure, reliable operations for manufacturing. You will partner with Operations and HQ Infrastructure to drive transformation on ERP/MES/WMS and shop-floor apps.

You will lead a team, manage budgets, and oversee cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and vendor relations while exploring Industry 4.0 and IIoT opportunities to boost site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Technology Engineering.
• 8+ years in Digital Technology, incl. 3+ years leading manufacturing-site teams.
• 3+ years supporting manufacturing systems (ERP, MES, WMS).
• 4+ years working with infrastructure, networks and OT/IT convergence in plant env.
• 4+ years managing digital technology projects, budgets and vendor relations.
• 3+ years partnering with operations leadership to translate needs into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Technology for the site: infrastructure, networks, systems and end-user support.
• Own manufacturing systems support (ERP, MES, WMS) and uptime.
• Partner with Operations to define and deliver the site digital/automation roadmap.
• Ensure cybersecurity compliance, access controls and OT/IT segmentation standards.
• Manage DT project portfolio, site planning and budgets, vendors and SLAs.
• Lead disaster-recovery, business-continuity and incident-response readiness.
• Identify and implement technologies like IoT, analytics, AI, and connected worker solutions.
• Collaborate with enterprise DT teams to align standards and deployments.
