Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Digital Technology Site Leader at our manufacturing site. This role will shape the site digital roadmap, connect business priorities with technology, and ensure reliable, secure technology operations that drive factory performance.

You will lead infrastructure, networks, and manufacturing systems, partnering with operations to deliver the site automation strategy and ensure IT/OT convergence. Strong leadership and program-management skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or Technology Engineering.
• 8+ years of Digital Technology experience, including 3+ years leading teams at a manufacturing site.
• 3+ years supporting manufacturing systems (ERP, MES, WMS) and shop-floor tech.
• 4+ years working with infrastructure, networks and OT/IT convergence in a plant.
• 4+ years managing digital technology projects, budgets and vendor relationships.
• 3+ years partnering with operations leadership and translating needs into solutions.

• Partners with enterprise DT teams to align standards and deploy solutions.

About this role:

The Digital Technology Site Leader, you will serve as the primary Digital Technology partner for the manufacturing site, Digital strategy and transformation champion. This role will shape and execute the site digital roadmap, connect business priorities with technology solutions, and ensure reliable, secure, and compliant technology operations that enable factory performance and operational reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads Digital Technology for the site: infrastructure, networks, systems and end-user support.
• Owns manufacturing systems support (ERP, MES, WMS, shop-floor applications) and uptime.
• Partners with Operations to define and deliver the site digital/automation roadmap.
• Ensures cybersecurity compliance, access controls and OT/IT segmentation standards.
• Manages DT project portfolio, site planning and budget management, vendors and service levels.
• Leads disaster-recovery, business-continuity and incident-response readiness for the site.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement relevant technologies such as IoT, automation, analytics, AI, connected worker solutions, and manufacturing systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Technology Engineering
• 8+ years of Digital Technology experience, including 3+ years leading teams in a manufacturing site/plant Digital Technology function.
• 3+ years of experience supporting manufacturing systems (ERP, MES, WMS) and shop-floor technology.
• 4+ years of experience working with infrastructure, networks and OT/IT convergence in a plant environment.
• 4+ years of experience managing digital technology projects, business strategy, budgets and vendor relationships.
• 3+ years of experience partnering with operations leadership and translating needs into solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, access management and compliance.
• Experience deploying systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 / IIoT, data platforms and analytics.
• ITIL, PMP or cybersecurity certifications.

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.

Other Compensation

Thisposition is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
