Carrier is seeking a Digital Technology Site Leader in Fort Worth, TX to guide the digital roadmap, align business priorities with tech solutions, and ensure secure, reliable operations for manufacturing. You will partner with Operations and HQ Infrastructure to drive transformation on ERP/MES/WMS and shop-floor apps.

You will lead a team, manage budgets, and oversee cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and vendor relations while exploring Industry 4.0 and IIoT opportunities to boost site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Technology Engineering.
• 8+ years in Digital Technology, incl. 3+ years leading manufacturing-site teams.
• 3+ years supporting manufacturing systems (ERP, MES, WMS).
• 4+ years working with infrastructure, networks and OT/IT convergence in plant env.
• 4+ years managing digital technology projects, budgets and vendor relations.
• 3+ years partnering with operations leadership to translate needs into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing systems support (ERP, MES, WMS) and uptime.

This role will shape and execute the site digital roadmap, connect business priorities with technology solutions, and ensure reliable, secure, and compliant technology operations that enable factory performance and operational reliability. The role combines digital manufacturing leadership, business partnership, project execution, and site-level technology coordination. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
