Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in Information Technology or digital leadership.
• 5+ years partnering with C-suite to align cross-functional goals.

Responsibilities

• Act as bridge between Technology and business; understand needs and envision solutions.
• Prioritize projects to maximize ROI; guide digital strategy.
• Engage stakeholders to define and execute digital strategy supporting P&L objectives.
• Align Digital Tech initiatives with business processes.
• Manage financial planning and budgeting for DT projects.
• Translate business needs to technical teams in non-technical terms.
• Provide SME in aftermarket business processes and IT roadmaps.
• Demonstrate project management and analytical rigor.
• Work independently, prioritize effectively.
