Job summary

Procter & Gamble seeks a graduate with a strong foundation in IT/OT for end-to-end operations at a manufacturing site. You will drive digital initiatives, ensure secure and compliant infra, and coordinate with supply chain teams to enable flawless make, pack, and ship operations.

You will lead efforts across manufacturing IT, incident management, and cybersecurity, while collaborating with multiple functions. Relocation may be required across U.S. sites.

Qualifications

• Graduating in Spring or Summer 2027 with a Bachelor’s degree in CS, CE, Data Eng, IS, IE, EE, ME, or related field.
• Manufacturing IT - experience in manufacturing technology and systems operations.
• IT Operations - incident management, organizational change, problem management.
• IT infrastructure - knowledge in network operations or application management.
• IT Security & Risk – awareness of cybersecurity requirements and ability to support P&G security programs.
• Leadership - strong leadership in a startup-type environment.
• Collaboration/partner management - open mind, fast learner with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Site Digital Technology Leader: Integrate P&G digital technologies into the site’s digital master plan and lead critical projects.
• Site Cyber Security Leader: Develop and implement the site security strategy with defense-in-depth security posture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote security awareness and compliance across the organization.
