Job summary

Procter & Gamble seeks a leader to drive end-to-end IT and OT operations for a manufacturing site or distribution center, ensuring critical applications and plant infrastructure run securely and compliantly around the clock. You will champion continuous improvement, build supply chain expertise, and guide technology adoption across make, pack, and ship operations across US sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Manufacturing IT - Experience in manufacturing technology and systems operations.
IT Operations - Incident management/Organizational change/Problem management.
IT infrastructure - Knowledge in network operations or application management.
IT Security & Risk - Awareness of cybersecurity requirements and ability to support P&G’s cyber security organization to drive programs centered on protecting P&G in terms of information security.
Leadership - Strong leadership skills and the ability to work optimally in a 'start-up' type environment.
Collaboration/partner management - An open mind, who is a fast learner with great verbal and written communication skills and can work closely across functions.

Responsibilities

Site Digital Technology Leader: Integrate P&G digital technologies into the site's digital master plan and lead critical projects to improve efficiency.
Site Cyber Security Leader: Develop and deploy the site security strategy, lead risk mitigation across the plant, and ensure compliance.
