Qualifications

• Graduating in Spring/Summer 2027 with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Manufacturing IT experience in manufacturing technology and systems operations
• IT Operations: Incident management, Organizational change, Problem management
• IT infrastructure: Knowledge in network operations or application management
• IT Security & Risk: Awareness of cybersecurity requirements and ability to support P&G’s cyber security organization
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a startup-type environment
• Collaboration/partner management: Open mind, fast learner with strong communication across functions

Responsibilities

• Site Digital Technology Leader: Integrate P&G digital technologies into the site's digital master plan and lead critical projects.
• Site Cyber Security Leader: Develop and execute security strategy across the plant with defense-in-depth posture.
