Qualifications

• You are graduating in Spring/Summer 2027 with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Manufacturing IT - experience in manufacturing technology and systems operations.
• IT Operations - incident management, organizational change, problem management.
• IT infrastructure - knowledge of network operations or application management.
• IT Security & Risk - cybersecurity awareness and ability to support P&G’s security programs.
• Leadership - strong leadership in a startup-like environment.
• Collaboration/partner management - open-minded, fast learner with strong communication across functions.

Responsibilities

• Site Digital Technology Leader: drive digital transformation and align investments with business priorities.
• Site Cyber Security Leader: implement defense-in-depth security and risk mitigation for the plant.
• Lead critical projects and ensure compliant deployment of digital solutions across teams.
