Qualifications

• Spring or Summer 2027 graduation with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Manufacturing IT experience with technology and systems operations.
• Strong IT operations knowledge including incident, organizational change and problem management.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, start-up style environment and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT/OT operations for a manufacturing site or distribution center.
• Drive digital technology integration, security, and compliance across the site.
• Act as a change agent to enable always-on, always secure manufacturing and logistics operations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize make, pack and ship processes.
