Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking an Entry Level IT/OT Operations Leader to oversee end-to-end IT and OT for a manufacturing site or distribution center. You will ensure critical applications and plant infrastructure run reliably and securely, with resilience and compliance.

The role emphasizes driving continuous improvement, building supply chain experience, and readiness to support 24x7 operations across multiple U.S. plant locations.

Qualifications

• Spring or Summer 2027 graduation with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in manufacturing technology and systems operations.
• Incident management, organizational change, and problem management experience.
• Knowledge of network operations or application management.
• Awareness of cybersecurity requirements and ability to support PG’s security programs.
• Strong leadership and ability to thrive in a start-up environment.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Site Digital Technology Leader: Integrate P&G digital technologies into the site’s digital master plan and lead critical projects.
• Site Cyber Security Leader: Deploy security strategies, manage risk, and maintain a defense-in-depth posture across the plant.
