Job summary

B&S Site Development is seeking a seasoned Site Development Superintendent with a valid Georgia Utility Manager License to lead field operations on complex commercial, industrial, municipal, and residential projects across the Southeast.

You will oversee earthwork, utilities, drainage, paving, and site infrastructure, coordinating with owners, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors to deliver safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of heavy civil, utility, or site development construction experience.
• Minimum 5 years of superintendent or senior field leadership experience.
• Current Georgia Utility Manager License in good standing.
• Proven experience managing projects ranging from $2M to $25M+.
• Ability to read and interpret civil construction plans, specs, and schedules.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations for multiple site development projects.
• Lead all phases of site construction including clearing, grading, utilities, drainage, paving, and final stabilization.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term construction schedules.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, subcontractors, materials, and logistics.
• Provide field leadership and coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, and crews.
• Oversee installation and compliance of water, sewer, and storm utilities.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across sites.
