Job summary

B&S Site Development in the Atlanta area seeks a Site Development Superintendent licensed as a Georgia Utility Manager to oversee field operations for commercial, industrial, municipal and residential projects. You will manage earthwork, utilities, paving, and site infrastructure with safety and schedule at the forefront.

You will lead a senior field team, coordinate with owners, engineers and inspectors, uphold quality and regulatory compliance, mentor field personnel, and drive on‑time,

Qualifications

• Current Georgia Utility Manager License in good standing.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy civil, utility, or site development construction.
• Minimum 5 years of superintendent or senior field leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing projects ranging from $2M to $25M+.
• Extensive knowledge of mass grading, utility installation, storm drainage, erosion control, paving, site development sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day field operations for multiple site development projects.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term construction schedules.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, subcontractors, materials, and logistics.
• Ensure safety and compliance with plans, specs, and regulations.
• Mentor field personnel and participate in hiring and evaluations.
