Job summary

B&S Site Development LLC is seeking an experienced Site Development Superintendent with a current Georgia Utility Manager License to oversee field operations for diverse site development projects. The role requires hands‑on leadership across earthwork, utilities, drainage, paving, and site infrastructure, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality.

You will serve as the senior field leader, coordinating with owners, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors while maintaining regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Current Georgia Utility Manager License in good standing.
• 10+ years in heavy civil, utility, or site development construction.
• 5+ years of superintendent or senior field leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing projects ranging from $2M to $25M+.
• Ability to read and interpret civil construction plans, specs, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations for multiple site development projects.
• Lead all phases of site construction including clearing, grading, utilities, drainage, paving, and stabilization.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term construction schedules.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, subcontractors, materials, and logistics.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project specs and regulations.
