Qualifikationen

• Georgia Utility Manager License is required and must be in good standing.
• Minimum 10 years in heavy civil, utility, or site development construction.
• Minimum 5 years of superintendent or senior field leadership experience.
• Experience managing projects from $2M to $25M+.
• Strong knowledge of mass grading, utility installation, storm drainage, erosion control, paving, and site development sequencing.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for multiple site development projects.
• Lead all phases of site construction from clearing through final paving and closeout.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term construction schedules.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, subcontractors, materials, and logistics.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with plans and specs.
