Job summary

SB Energy is seeking a Project Manager, Site Development to lead local development for a gas generation project powering PORTS‑Pike Technology Campus in Piketon, OH. You will coordinate across Data Center Construction, Development, Land & Real Estate, and other teams to drive site development efforts.

The role emphasizes ownership, stakeholder engagement, regulatory understanding, and budget/schedule tracking for large infrastructure projects across energy and data center domains.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Demonstrated tenacity and problem‑solving skills.
• 4+ years in project development, project management, environmental/permitting, land acquisition, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage development‑phase deliverables across land, permitting, interconnection, engineering, and financing workstreams.
• Lead on‑ground project development activities.
• Support Regional Director through site control, wetlands delineations, permits, and stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare presentation materials and timely reports on development status for senior management.
• Support the negotiation of critical project agreements.
• Review contracts including interconnection agreements, PPAs, EPC contracts, etc., and track deadlines for internal deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to evaluate site, design, schedule, and execution strategies.
• Assist in developing and tracking project budgets, schedules, and forecast management, including prioritization.
