Job summary

SB Energy seeks a Project Manager, Site Development for the Powered Land program at the PORTS-Pike Technology Campus. The role leads development efforts, coordinating land, permits, interconnection, engineering, and financing workstreams while partnering with internal teams and external consultants.

The position emphasizes on-site leadership, stakeholder engagement, and budget/schedule tracking for large-scale infrastructure projects, with travel up to 25% and base pay described in the listing.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills are required.
• Experience in project development, project management, environmental/permitting or related field is valued.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel), MS Project and PowerPoint is expected.

Responsibilities

• Project manage development-phase deliverables including cross-functional land, permitting, interconnection, engineering, and financing workstreams.
• Lead on-the-ground project development activities.
• Support the Project Development Regional Director through all aspects of project development including securing site control, waivers, easements, rights-of-ways, title, wetlands delineations, and permits.
• Prepare presentation materials and timely reports on project development status for senior management.
• Support the negotiation of critical project agreements and review contracts such as interconnection agreements, PPAs, EPCs, and track deadlines.
