Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Project Manager with industrial building and energy experience. You will oversee large, multi-discipline projects, manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk, and coordinate with stakeholders across multiple offices.

This role supports business development and client communications throughout project lifecycles. Hybrid work arrangement with locations including Muscatine, IA and other U.S.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering, construction management, or business.
• 7+ years in Energy Engineering with 5+ years in PM.
• Experience in Thermal Generation projects (Gas Turbine, Recip Engines).
• Strong financial management understanding.
• Proven ability to manage large multi-discipline programs and multiple offices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage medium- to large multi-discipline engineering projects across offices.
• Support business development via scoping, proposals, interviews, and contracts.
• Submit permitting documents to authorities and obtain approvals.
• Engage with client management to resolve issues and secure project sign-off.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships as part of business development.
