Job summary

ON.energy seeks a Site Project Manager for energy storage data center projects. You will lead full lifecycle execution of Battery Energy Storage System and hybrid energy projects at site level, coordinating with commissioning and safety teams while ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.

The role requires managing EPC contractors, coordinating turn-over, and aligning on-site activities with contractual obligations across multiple projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of energy project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing EPC contractors and complex sites.
• Proficient in project scheduling tools and budget tracking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the jobsite primary point of contact with the client, maintaining alignment across all project stages.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using recognised tools and methodologies.
• Oversee vendor and subcontractor activities to ensure safety, quality, and scope alignment.
• Manage field quality activities and documentation for quality reporting.
• Coordinate with safety, commissioning, and project teams for turnover and close-out.
