Job summary

GCS Recruitment is seeking a Program Manager to lead the energy and power workstream for one of the largest facility buildouts in the country. You will blend program management with hands-on electrical expertise to drive interconnection, capacity planning and temporary power, ensuring site timelines stay on track.

Day to day you will manage power delivery, due diligence, utility engagement and coordination across design, engineering and construction teams for a portfolio of new sites.

Qualifications

• Proven PM/Program management on complex, multi-stakeholder infrastructure programs.
• Deep knowledge of electrical infrastructure and utility interconnection processes.
• Experience engaging with utility providers and coordinating design, engineering and construction teams.
• Ability to discuss technical topics with engineers while driving a large program forward.

Responsibilities

• Manage power and energy delivery across a portfolio of new sites
• Run power due diligence - capacity, interconnection requirements, timelines and cost
• Engage utility providers to secure power at the lowest cost and shortest timeline
• Rightsize power needs and unblock design, engineering and construction teams
• Stand up bridge and temporary power solutions to keep site timelines on track
• Coordinate multiple stakeholder teams and report to senior leadership
