Job summary

Environmental Design Group is seeking a qualified project manager to plan and manage Site Development projects in a hybrid full-time role in Ohio. The position supports master planning, site development, and feasibility studies, with opportunities for advancement and client leadership.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Landscape Architecture, PE/AICP certs, 8+ years of experience, and 4+ years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
• PE, AICP, or other relevant certification.
• 8+ years of experience.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, and industry software.
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and creative thinking.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills in a team-oriented environment.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates directly or indirectly, provide ongoing direction specific to project tasks, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Review, mentor, develop, and manage associate’s performance of project goals and company expectations.
• Manage all activities for assigned projects including scheduling work, project budgets, directing staff and subconsultants, and ensuring client satisfaction.
