ms consultants, inc. is seeking a Municipal Project Manager to lead diverse municipal projects in Northeast Ohio, coordinating planning, design and implementation while expanding client relationships across the region.

You will manage projects end-to-end, mentor staff, and collaborate with business development to grow municipal services, with a hybrid/remote-friendly schedule as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineering (PE) License (Ohio).
• Project management experience on municipal projects.
• Knowledge of municipal engineering services and funding processes.

Responsabilités

• Meet regularly with clients to monitor satisfaction on all projects.
• Develop new municipal projects based on client needs.
• Assist with capital improvement planning and funding procurement.
• Assist with preparation of requests for proposals and qualifications.
• Coordinate QA/QC reviews of project deliverables with technical staff.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and design staff.
• Work with business development to expand municipal services across the region.
• Plan and manage projects from planning through design and implementation.
